WHEN: June 8, 2012

WHERE: Blank Park Golf Course

TIME: Registration begins at noon; shotgun start at 1 p.m.

COST: Early bird registration before May 11, $100/person; between May 12 and May 25, $115/person; after May 25, $125/person. Includes green fees, cart, range balls, and dinner following golf. A box lunch may be ordered for an additional $10.
